I made the Bigshot stockings into a gift card holder by creating a pocket sandwiched in between two layers. The front layer is embossed with a folder and the back is not. I used the large oval punch in the embossed side to make the gift card easily accessible. I cut a piece of cardstock 2" x 1-3/4" scored at 3/4" across the 1-3/4" side so when folded in half you have a 2" piece with an uneven fold. I hope that you can get what I mean here. Attach the 1" side to the inside of the back piece. Adhere the front stocking on but place your adhesive 3-1/2" from the top. This will stop the card from sliding all the way down into the stocking. When you attach the front to the back the 3/4" x 2" flap should be sticking out from the top. Fold over onto the front and attach the stocking cuff to the flap. I used the button to keep the flap down and secured with glue dots. This actually keeps the top close quick effectively. Note: I did punch a 1/8" hole on the left corner of the stocking before attaching the cuff and threaded my ribbon through. I used sticky strip to hold in place which is hidden by the cuff when closed. No need to make a knot (too bulky). I used sticky strip between the ribbon ends and on the back ribbon end to hold onto the stocking front.
